This small footpath runs from the back of Simmons Park / Okehampton College through to Fatherford Lane. It's a beautiful walk, especially in the morning when sunlight fills the East Okement valley.

No matter how remote Dartmoor feels, someone has always been there before you! This version was photographed using lens filters in an attempt to combat the bright winter sky and reflection from the brown, winter grasses. The result is a much warmer tone, but less life-like in it's vibrancy.
