I will only waive copyright when a photo is sold with an exclusive license.

Licensing & Attribution

The majority of my photographs, up to 1280x1024 pixels, are now available under the Creative Commons "Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0" license. These images are published at 75% JPEG quality and 72DPI, the image file sizes are sufficiently small and the quality good enough for most uses. Higher resolution copies are available at cost, see below.

You are free:

to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to Remix — to adapt the work

Under the following conditions:

Attribution —You must attribute the work in the manner specified by Miles Wolstenholme (but not in any way that suggests that I endorse you or your use of the work).
Noncommercial —You may not use this work for commercial purposes.

With the understanding that:

Waiver —Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get written permission from Miles Wolstenholme.
Public Domain —Where the work or any of its elements is in the public domain under applicable law, that status is in no way affected by the license.

Please use the "Prints / Licensing" link provided against the photo(s) in question (see the comments and information section under the photo). I reserve the right to charge a fee for these services. All transactions are conducted through my UK Limited company with a 14 day, no-quibble returns policy.

Magazines & Newspapers

I'll gladly contribute any of my images to your publication if you attribute my work as stated above and provide me with a free copy. If you would prefer not to do this, you must contact me for my permission and discounted press rates.
